The principles determined for sustainable growth are at the center of all operations of the company. A bottom-up and interdisciplinary organization has been established in order to spread the knowledge in this field within the company and to carry out the measurement, reporting and development studies in a coordinated manner. Sustainability Groups at the terminal operations, under the direction of the General Manager of Operations and the relevant Assistant General Manager, energy management, waste management, water management, human resources,
corporate communication, financial affairs and other relevant departments within the enterprise consists of representatives.
To measure, evaluate and report on the main performance indicators determined within the framework of the TAV Airports Holding Sustainability Strategy and Action Plan, by reporting the Sustainability Groups to the General Manager and the relevant Assistant General Manager of the relevant enterprise; is responsible for developing projects and proposals to improve sustainability performance.TAV Airports Sustainability Committee, on the other hand, creates and develops the Holding's Sustainability Strategy and Action Plan; To coordinate and direct the Sustainability Groups formed in terminal operations and service companies in this framework; The Holding is responsible for measuring, developing and reporting its sustainability performance. The committee consists of representatives to be appointed by the managers of the relevant departments and service companies within the Holding. The chairmen of the Business Sustainability Groups are natural members of the Committee.

In this context, since 2010, it has been reporting on environmental and social fields, in addition to its economic performance, at international standards. The company attaches special importance to stakeholder engagement and adopts a participatory management model at every stage of its activities. It uses the internationally accepted Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards to provide a comparable and meaningful framework for reporting.
