“We are continuously raising service quality of our terminal while we are realising our vision of becoming a hub for Anatolia in domestic lines, and a hub for Middle East in international lines.”

Our goal is becoming a hub for Middle East in international lines and a hub for Anatolia in domestic lines. Our basic policy in presenting our vision which is contemporaneous, of good quality and open to innovations, to all our guests and stakeholders is:

  • Directing customers’ requests and keeping up with these requests at the highest level,
  • Defining communication channels with customers’ and sub-contractors/stakeholders and ensuring flawless establishment of this communication,
  • Using modern and proper methods, technology, knowledge and management systems required by todays world and be unsparing for required research and investment for these purposes.
  • To make improvement activities a natural attitude of employees as a consequence of analysis and development of business processes.
